Refund policy
ALL EVENT AND TOUR TICKET SALES FINAL:
All sales of event and tour tickets are final and no exceptions. If customer is unable to participate in the event(s), they purchased they may contact SOHT in writing via email to info@stillwateroktours.com within seven days of the prior event date to request a transfer of their purchased event or tour ticket to a later date. No verbal requests for ticket transfer will be accepted. The customer will be offered to transfer their ticket purchase to a future SOHT event that same calendar year. A transferred ticket cannot be transferred a second time. Furthermore, transfers of special events or exclusive tour versions will be subject to availability and may be replaced with a different type of event or tour at the discretion of management although every effort will be made to make a transfer to a tour or event that the customer is interested in attending. The decision to transfer any event or tour ticket is at the sole discretion of the business owner and ticket transfers can be denied if it is evident that the customer is abusing the ticket transfer policy.
